Adopt a Family 2024
This holiday season, Legacy Center Legends FC Soccer Program is teaming up with Fund a Life to make a real difference for families in need, and we’re thrilled to invite you to be part of it!
Through Legends of Hope, Legends FC Soccer families will come together to adopt local families, helping to spread joy and hope this holiday season. FC Soccer players will have the opportunity to sponsor a local Livingston County Family collaborating with other players to provide meaningful support this holiday season.

CONTRIBUTE
If you’re able, we’re asking each player’s family to contribute $25 toward fulfilling an online wish list of gifts for an adopted family. Contributions will go directly toward purchasing gifts from the family’s list.
SHOP & TRACK
On December 12th, we’ll provide each group of players with their adopted family’s wish list. or if you are choosing to donate we will do the shopping on behalf of FC soccer players. As you and your team contribute to the list, you’ll check off items as they’re purchased, allowing everyone to see the impact building in real time!
WRAP & CELEBRATE
On December 22nd, we’ll come together in the Legacy field house to wrap gifts as a soccer family and celebrate the difference we’re making together. It’s not just about giving gifts; it’s about showing families in need that they’re part of a community.
By adopting a family this season, you’re helping create a culture of giving and compassion that goes beyond the soccer field.
Through Legends of Hope, we’re showing our players that the power of teamwork extends into all parts of life, especially when it comes to uplifting others. This initiative is more than a one-time holiday effort—it’s a way to let families in need know they’re not alone and to ignite hope within our community.

Families are notified and will create online wish lists
December 12th
Wish lists are sent to you, our Legends FC Soccer families or Fund a Life to start purchasing
December 22nd
Gift wrapping and celebration event at Legacy Center
